How covered can your ass be?

Well i've been brainstorming a little bit, and a few good ideas came to mind. I was just wondering how much can a 'terms and conditions' that people have to agree to before continuing with the transaction cover your ass?

The idea isn't illegal, its just very very shady. I just want to make sure im not setting myself up for disaster here

If they have to opt-in to accept and you set a quick timer sorta like we have here at BHW I'm pretty sure you can cover your ass all the way if write out everything clear and detailed. Best thing is to always consult a lawyer though. Best 200 bucks I've ever spent in my life.

You can cover your ass well by wearing two pairs of boxers, shorts, and sweatpants under jeans.
This is will also be useful if you happen to get thrown into prison.

You can put anything you want in your TOS/TOC etc, just like the huge corporations.... as long as the people agree, they are stuck with it.....

That being said, if you do ever get hassled by someone who sues you over it, I'm assuming you DON'T have the deep pockets like the huge corps to send armies of lawyers after them till they drop from exhaustion......
