how could he do this? top G serp/blackhat/safe from ban

i just checked google with the top gravity clickbank product

so i type fatloss4idiots

then at the second position i found

fatloss4idiotsx dot com

i checked his site and backlinks, and clearly he uses blackhat link building method (comment spamming thousands of backlink from comment in just one month or less)

my question how could he do this and safe from google ban at the same time? just luck ? or maybe he has some secret method or tools to avoid google ban?

I only see three backlinks from google ????????????

G does not show all backlinks, go to yahoo and do the link:domain.c0m

I see that he is doing a lot of commenting and all of it is no follow. Did you know that G counts no follow links? Yip it's true, it works for me as well but G doesn't give to much weight to it.

So no juice from that but the rankings do go up one step at a time.

Yes no follows links does not pass the link juice but Googld still shows them. ALthough I am not sure if it counts as a backlink or not.Regarding lot of links in one month, it may be because of his affilaite program. Affiliates are also helping him to get backlinks and making that buzz around.
