huh, happen to see got 3 orders
but no sales indicate.

I check is it purpose refund etc never show too

Sometimes I got orders and the revenue is 0, don't quite understand the rule.

Yeah this is interesting I never experienced this problem however it may be pending

Nope, i forget to oversee one thing is Order that part ,

that part is the most important , if appear 1 means really got a sale.
the other two is show the visitor click the buy button but never buy

It's probably a trial, you will get paid when the customer paid the full package. You have to check the product if they offer a trial
