how come ioffer can legally operate?

    i mean it's full of replicas, which is illegal. why is it not being shut down? I know that transactions does not happen on their website, but they take their % of every sale, so basically they are involved in the sales.

    They technically take many ads down but cant with everything... basically they just look to the other side but ban some ads that name brands

    Well if they don't actually allow replicias to be sold openly then they might have some kind of loophole like how FedEx can get away shipping drugs without the drivers facing jail time.

    The replicas are usually fake. Tried ordering fake raybans THREE separate times from different vendors each with credibility and sales histories. All of them were non-responsive. There must have been some bot to automate giving them transactions and reviews for the accounts based out of China. I have bought a couple of bongs and stuff on there no problem.
