How change meta in affiliates links ?

So i have no cods to go inside meta and domain name

here an exemple

so you have a special backlinks those best
and meta tags

here is the trouble

if you want to promote

-http://banner.totobingo.com/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?member=evaxxx-03

name are different ok give you real clics ok, but meta tags is always the same
so is there a solution (keep backlinks differents name of the links and change meta)

was thinking of a page simple cahnge meta online and usr refresh=0
but is there an other solution ?

because losing time too much work
and promoting differents banners with same meta tags is wasting time too ??

when you are affiliat you have meta and number of backlinks
i just want to keep backlinks but change meta tags

(i can not get access to the domain name) so how do it please
