Im wanting to outsource some writing, few things I have questions about.
Is there a way to tell if an article is 100% unique, without publishing it online?
I don't want just spun content..

You can tell from looking at an article if it's spun or not.

A unique article should read and flow well, make sense, and be grammatically correct.

In case publication existing spun, it won't almost create sense while examine.

Use copyscape for checking your article whether it is unique or not.

Well, if you're a native speaker, it should be obvious. Question remains whether it's someone with bad english (2nd language perhaps) or spun content.

The one thing I do, the poor man's Copyscape, is to copy a half sentence or two and enter it into Google. Google only lets you have so many characters before it cuts off. Then look at the result in the first ten places.

90% of the articles people buy as orignal articles are made using internet research and there is no way you can tell that the article u are getting are spun .if some one is telling you they are not using internet for research and writing it theirself than either they are liening or you are paying them some crazy $$ to do so

    Can do one thing

Put ur article in the best spinner and spin it using everyone's fav and then check the spun version for uniqueness , not accurate but you will get the idea if the article is spun or not

I think most articles that you get for cheap prices are just spinning articles, and i think it not that hard to cheat Copyscape to not find out about it.
I got a lot of article that got passed on Copyscape and i found out latter that they are just spinning articles

There are several tools for checking originality of articles like turnitin, grammarly, copyscape etc., but a human cannot check this in all cases.
