How can others sells tshirts or other things with Copyrighted Logos?

I'm thinking that they do it untill they recieve a letter to put the site down.

    I'll appreciate some other feedback.

    Is this risky?

yes it's risky. I got sued for using the word Olympics in a domain name. Best to stay away from TradeMarks and copyright stuff.

They will get caught or they pay royalties. Just because others do something doesn't mean you should. I know from experience what it's like to be sued, either go legit or don't do it. Up to you

They don't use tradermark terms in their domain, they just have on their store some clothes with those logos.

How much did you lose after you got sued?

    Thanks for fast reply.

I was just using that as an example of what could happen, it cost me several thousand pounds and we settled out of court. I was just saying trademark or copyright infringement is costly. They may be paying royalties via manufacturers

if you purchase anything with a trademark it is not against any law to re-sell it as you wish. it becomes illegal to re-manufacture the trademark item for the purpose of selling it. there have been some court cases about this in the news. anyone else re-sell items they purchased from a retailer or collector?
