How can my client communicate with my technician without revealing their contact info

    I realize i will be constantly dealing with clients who will have technical questions that would be best answered by the technician, Instead of being a messenger boy and sending questions and answers back and forth how can i give access to my client to communicate freely to my technician while hiding their contact information and also there would need to be a way to track message exchanges.

    Zendesk is good - it's a ticket system, there is a 3 user trial for $25 per year or something - users are your staff. Clients go to your site or email to open support requests, then you can assign tickets to the appropriate technician.

    It's all logged and produces full audit trail.
