How can i widthdraw money from Paypal FAST?

I have a Premier Verified Paypal account and i want to widthdraw the money somehow FAST, as i need it urgently tomorrow as i am buying something.

I cant transfer to Bank as it will take 5-7 days...

Is there anyway?

For example:

I send money to western union from paypal and then i pick it up at western union tomorrow morning?

Thats just an example, so is there anything i can do

I am in Canada...there is no debit paypal here

Mate if you transfer money to you bank account normally it will take 36 to 48 hours.In worst condition it will take 5-7 business days.
If there is any other method to transfer money fast I want know also.

Even if you have a friend or someone reliable that's not local to you, you can paypal the money to them then they can send it to you by western union, minus the fees.
