How can I use ChatGPT in SEO?

HI refer thes video - https://www.youtube.com/@nathangotch/videos

I do a lot of things with ChatGPT.

While typing this, I am arranging push notification content for my clothing store.

I arrange all the data fields super spun on GSA SER / Ranker X.

I check for keyword cannibalism easily.

While it's not good for keyword research, it can still be used for separating keyword clusters, etc.

Find the best headlines, content, metas, etc.

Filling all the fields on my tier 1 link buildings.

Creating scripts / CSS / fixes for different needs.

And the list goes on.

ChatGPT / OpenAI is a lifesaver for me. Nowadays, link building is impossible without it.

After all, English is my 3rd language, so I can easily fix grammar and give it a human touch.

The best way to use ChatGPT is to assist in writing your content. You will need to review it and edit it to not only be accurate and useful but also appear human-written. The other main benefit In terms of AI in general, is the opportunity to use it to produce images, tables, and/or infographics.

So while AI can be an asset in your SEO, controls are needed in order for it to be effective.

ChatGPT for SEO purposes really boils down to developing second-tier links.

That's the bottom line and as you probably already know tier-based SEO has been having a rough time over the years.

Back in the day this used this worked like magic.

You would go on web 2.0 platforms publish shit content there with the link and then the target site would start to rank.

People beat the fuck out of blogger.com using this technique.

Well we're in 2024 now and Google has deprecated a lot of tier-based SEO.

So does this mean that ChatGPT in SEO is completely useless?

Not quite, because if you use ChatGPT the right way and you clean it clean up the content you can use parasite platforms to try to build organic authority which you can then farm out to your target sites.

This takes a little bit more time.

It cannot be done in a ham-fisted bulk kind of way.

Unfortunately, when it comes to SEO people quickly go from white-hat to black-hat and in a lot of times they're not even aware of this.

Why? They're looking for shortcuts.

They're looking for quick results.

So as long as you're looking to craft ‘decent’ content using ChatGPT or any other AI platform you can do so using parasite sites like Medium and other platforms.

You just have to use AI to save you time while at the same time investing some of that saved time into quality.

So you may be able to still pull it off but not on a wholesale quick ‘instant’ millionaire basis as before.

Hello communities, can you explain? how can I use ChatGPT in SEO
ChatGPT helps in SEO by generating keyword ideas, content outlines, meta titles/descriptions, FAQs, and content optimization. It's great for speeding up research and drafts, but always edit and optimize for search intent before publishing.

ChatGPT is useful for SEO tasks such as keyword research, content planning, meta tag creation, FAQs, and content refinement. It accelerates research and first drafts, though human optimization is still essential to match search intent.
Totally agree. ChatGPT speeds up the work but you still need manual editing for content that actually ranks.

You can use ChatGPT in SEO to generate content ideas, write drafts, create meta titles/descriptions, analyze competitors, and suggest keywords or semantic topics. It helps speed up research and content creation, but always review and optimize for accuracy and human readability.

Great question, because if you use ChatGPT the right way it’s like having a junior SEO assistant that never sleeps and doesn’t complain about coffee breaks.

You can use it first for research and planning. Give it a niche and ask for topic clusters, long tail keywords, questions people are asking, comparisons, buyer intent vs info intent, and you already save hours of brainstorming. It won’t replace proper keyword tools, but it gives you a very good starting map instead of staring at a blank screen.

For on page SEO it’s very useful to generate outlines that actually make sense for search intent. Ask it to structure articles with proper headings, FAQs, schema friendly sections, internal link ideas and even meta titles and descriptions. Then you edit and improve, don’t just copy paste, Google still likes human brains involved in the process.

For content production it shines when you feed it examples. Give it a few of your own articles or pages that already rank and say “match this tone and structure but write about X”. That’s how you keep consistency instead of generic AI text that smells like AI from three rooms away.

If you want to go a bit more advanced, you can set up simple agents or workflows where one prompt does keyword grouping, another creates outlines, another drafts content, and another checks for optimization like word count, heading usage and missing subtopics. Even without coding, you can do this with saved prompts and a repeatable process. If you code, you can connect it with scraping tools and your keyword data and automate a big part of your content pipeline.

It’s also great for technical SEO explanations. When you see errors in Search Console, logs, indexing issues, CWV problems, you can paste the error and ask for plain English explanations and possible fixes. It won’t replace experience, but it shortens the learning curve a lot.

What it’s not good for is magic rankings. It won’t get you backlinks, it won’t fix bad domains, and it won’t save bad business models. Think of it as a productivity multiplier, not an SEO cheat code.

If you hang around the SEO, blogging and even the black hat tools sections here, you’ll see people using it for content scaling, parasite SEO, niche sites, local pages, all kinds of stuff. Read some case studies, test small, then scale what actually works for you.

Used right, ChatGPT won’t make you an SEO god overnight, but it can easily make you 2x or 3x faster, and in this game, speed plus consistency usually beats raw talent.
