You can create different tracking ID`s to track different sites/pages.

Why not read the question first?
You can easily track your clicks as events, if you have analytics installed. I've recently started using Google Tag Manager, you need to insert a new code and delete the old analytics code. You can then starte creating Tags and Actions within Tag Manager without hard coding things like onclick events, these will be done on their own.

You can`t track sales with this method, you can only track traffic and clicks. You can only track sales when you create custom tracking ID`s on your amazon associates account.

    Home Page:
I think you can use $referrer type code in php. I can't remember exact code but it allow you to record referrer domain.

It means it will show you that x visitor comes from google or xyz domain page.

Many livechat software use this and record domain referrer.

    http://lmgtfy.com/?q=google+tag+manager+affiliate+tracking
    and you will find: http://www.digitalfuel.com.au/affiliate-tracking-google-tag-manager/

Tag Manager is here to help you if you don't know how to insert the onClick="ga(‘send', request. If you have a site with 200 reviews imagine spending hours going into each post and inserting that code into each and every button!

Also, from the same Tag Manager you can put Facebook Pixel, Adwords retargeting pixel or any other custom code you want and it will be added into the site, read abit out it and you will see that it works perfectly with Analytics. You will only see conversion data in Analytics, Tag Manager only helps you inserting the tracking IDs needed.

If you have sales with different websites(different Amazon's projects), then creating different tracking id would be the best solution for this.
Visit this to create different tracking ids for different websites/product pages.

You can use tracking ids to track this. If you want to track every article/review then you should use separate tracking ids, but this is going to be a headache if you have a lot of posts :D

Usually I use 1 tracking ID per 1 site.
