recently i have been losing a lot of hair, and i have noticed i have a lot less hair than, say, a few months ago.
to be honest, I am scared. the regulars here know how inconfident i am with women. now imagine if i was bald.
how can i stop my hair loss? i have tried gooling but all i get is spammers trying to sell me things.
I have stopped drinking coffee and tea, but that hasnt helped.
i have tried eating lots of spinach, that has not helped.
I can't tell you how to stop going bald, but I can tell you of my experience.
I started going bald in my early twenties. For a couple of years I tried Rogaine and Finasteride. That was expensive, more money than I could afford. And all they do is delay your hair loss, not prevent it. Hair loss is genetic. It's written inside your DNA, and short of a hair transplant, I realized there's not much I can do about it.
So after a couple of years, I decided stop Rogaine and Finasteride, and just shave my head.
First time I stepped out of my apartment with a shaved head was nerve wracking. But in an hour, I got over it, and stopped thinking about it.
It's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm not a good looking guy, or buff (I'm a skinny nerd), but I've done okay with women. It's about your confidence, the way you walk and talk, that twinkle in your eye.
You say you're not the most confident of guys. That just means you have a small comfort zone, and you find it difficult to step out of it. I was like that as well at one point. My turning point was realizing that every second I worry about what other people are thinking about me is a second I could have spent enjoying myself.
Don't sweat the small stuff. And in the grand scheme of life, your hair doesn't mean that much
