recently i have been losing a lot of hair, and i have noticed i have a lot less hair than, say, a few months ago.
to be honest, I am scared. the regulars here know how inconfident i am with women. now imagine if i was bald.

how can i stop my hair loss? i have tried gooling but all i get is spammers trying to sell me things.
I have stopped drinking coffee and tea, but that hasnt helped.
i have tried eating lots of spinach, that has not helped.

There can be a number of things causing it.

    Stress?
    New medication?

cause is genetic. Now prepare to laugh, the spammers that you found are selling actually the only thing that can stop hair loss, that is called "propecia" (finasteride). Btw finasteride is a dht inhibitor and is better to hear a doctor before start taking.

    best rgards

Stress, Smoking, Impotency, Aging, and diet all play a role in hair loss.

If you want to stop your hair loss, start eating heavier foods during the winter, foods that come from the ground, put sesame oil and bhringraj oil in your hair, rub your fingernails together (nails are reflexes of hair, and rubbing your nails together very fast stimulates hair growth).

Autumn and winter is the time where most people experience accelerated hair loss, just like how a tree loses its leaves during the winter.

Stay warm, stress free, eat healthy, exercise, and stay grounded overall, dont do alot of cardio in cold air either.

    Good luck.

Well, I'm kinda surprised you didn't post another thread about your problems with girls. :p

Don't take it personally. It's juste gentle teasing.

EDIT: Oh wait, you did talk about girls...

I can't tell you how to stop going bald, but I can tell you of my experience.

I started going bald in my early twenties. For a couple of years I tried Rogaine and Finasteride. That was expensive, more money than I could afford. And all they do is delay your hair loss, not prevent it. Hair loss is genetic. It's written inside your DNA, and short of a hair transplant, I realized there's not much I can do about it.

So after a couple of years, I decided stop Rogaine and Finasteride, and just shave my head.

First time I stepped out of my apartment with a shaved head was nerve wracking. But in an hour, I got over it, and stopped thinking about it.

It's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm not a good looking guy, or buff (I'm a skinny nerd), but I've done okay with women. It's about your confidence, the way you walk and talk, that twinkle in your eye.

You say you're not the most confident of guys. That just means you have a small comfort zone, and you find it difficult to step out of it. I was like that as well at one point. My turning point was realizing that every second I worry about what other people are thinking about me is a second I could have spent enjoying myself.

Don't sweat the small stuff. And in the grand scheme of life, your hair doesn't mean that much

You tried Biotin? It helps promote strong hair and growth. I hear it's good for hairloss.

Now, to stay on the subject, I think your best bet is just to shave everything on your head.

Wear your hair short and try a hat if you like. You will meet your soulmate one day and she will love you no matter what amount of hair you do or don't have.

    No wonders, mate.

You walk with a plastic glove on your head for god sake! :)

But honestly, just shave it. Hair loss is unavoidable just like death.

Okay now that I got that obvious joke out of the way, do not listen to anyone here about hair loss being caused by stress or smoking etc. Yes, there are obviously things that can cause you to lose your hair that are not genetic, i.e. certain drugs, illnesses etc. But the vast majority of men who lose their hair (myself included), lose it due to Male Pattern Baldness. It is genetic and is caused by a high level of DHT. The DHT causes your hair follicles to die. Once they die, they're gone my man.

There are a few things you can do to stop or slow it but in the end, unless you keep them up, you will lose your hair. Rogaine is a perfect example. I used it back when it first came out in the late 80's or maybe early 90's. It kept things where they were but the minute I stopped using it, it all started going again.

I started doing the lame-ass comb over for a while, then just started slicking it back and by the time I was about early 40's I said fuck this and shaved it all off. At the time I was hardcore bodybuilding and at 6' and about 240lb I had people calling me Stone Cold.

It's all how you carry it dude. I'm lucky, I got a good noggin, no dents, nice shape and of course, had to grow the obligatory goatee.

But don't get me wrong, I'm one good looking mother fucker so it works for me. Not everyone can do it.

get a nute test from spectracell it will tell you what nutes your deficient in and that you need to beef up on. genetics isn't the top cause for hair loss despite what people say, its nute deficiencies

I agree I heard good things about rogaine. Maybe you should do some research and then put up a micro niche site on it selling a ebook with real solutions.
