So I have been browsing the forum for some ideas and I'm still unsure what is the best option for me. As of current, I have a few YouTube channels and I've been making between $1 and $65 per day as my revenue really fluctuates. The average amount I get is about $10 per day. On top of that, I fear that YouTube's rules and copyright problems may negatively affect the future of my income. Therefore, my short-term goal is to not solely rely on just one source of income, but to work my way up and earn a total of $100 per day from at least 2 online businesses and activities. About myself: I'm the type of person who can stay on the computer well over 12 hours per day and have fun doing so. I am also shy and often do not keep in contact with most people. My interests are in music, news, blogs, computers, and art. Good with Photoshop. Very Frugal. Can understand HTML & CSS. I do not have a domain yet because I fear I may get hacked, not get traffic, or not receive a return on investment. I have a weird obsession with certain kinds of porn, but I only frequent those sites maybe once a month. I save dozens of porn videos and random pictures on my computer. Besides YouTube, I am not active in any other social media platforms. Although I have Facebook, I only use it to play casino games and do not have any "friends." What I've Noticed: Most successful people show their faces to the public, are committed, have high emotional intelligence, manage time and money well, are street smart, have very strong personalities and are great socially. However, I don't meet any of the criteria and most find personality either weird, boring, irritating, annoying, or weak. Thus, I've been very hesitant to put myself out there anymore. My Concerns: I'm very self-aware and easily get discouraged when things go wrong. Frequently, I am wary of taking risks and I dwell on my past mistakes a lot. My creativity is on and off, and I find it difficult to compete with companies and people who are much more creative and engaging than me and have much bigger establishments. That's one of the many issues I am experiencing with YouTube and a few other sites. It's very tough to get in the game late, especially with the over-saturation of several markets. I would like to know how I can strengthen my online presence and monetize my routine and interests as a hermit nerd.
