I just saw a Wordpress site that had a different structure then what you usually see, unfortunatly I lost the url so I try to describe it:

    8 pages
    8 categories
    600 posts

the names of the categories exactly match the name of the pages

    page url: domain.com/page1/
    category url: domain.com/category/category1/
    post url: domain.com/linkpage-sitemap-kinda-thing/post1/

The site seems to rank for pretty tough keywords and I have the idea it has to do with the way he is structuring his site.

When I browse: domain.com/linkpage-sitemap-kinda-thing/ I get a list of all the posts (but then only the links of the posts) that you also find in domain.com/category/category1/ (but there you get to see a small description with the read more.... thing

So how can I set this up in Wordpress so that the posts aren't directly connected to the maindomain but with a submap within that is not %category% and also not %page% and neither a %tag% ?

I think he has not blocked indexing of categories and tag pages in "All in one Seo Plugin". Google sees this a duplicate links.

Each and every post he makes on his blog will have 3 different url's like

In above example green is category.

Just make a category for each post and post a post into that category.

Set permalinks to custom and use /%category%/%postname%

Creat category : keys cut from stone
Post in that category with a post title : keys cut from stone

    get the url...
    site.com/keys-cut-from-stone/keys-cut-from-stone

    Shazam ;-)

    **Edit**
    Forgot to say...
Make sure that you select the category your post is going to be posted in before typing the post title or Wordpress will automatically throw it into your default category.

    It get's a bit complicated :)

    Page url: domain.com/%page%/
    Post url: domain.com/%unknown-something%/%postname%/
    Cat. url: domain.com/category/%category%/

Cause when I edit the post url and remove the %postname% part it isn't the category page, and it isn't the "Page" page either. It's something totally different.

Cause his pages are formatted like normal posts, txt/images/google adblocks, his category pages are formatted like the standard category page with the read more.... thing, but the %unknown% thing is purely a list of links of all his posts that belong to the category that he preselected, and looks completely like this:

    domain.com/%unknown%/post1/
    domain.com/%unknown%/post2/
    domain.com/%unknown%/post3/
    domain.com/%unknown%/post4/
    domain.com/%unknown%/post5/
    domain.com/%unknown%/post6/
    etc.

    And he doesnt use tags.

Hopefully his WP theme will let him exclude categories from showing on the menu otherwise the site will be over-run with category links.
There's probably a plugin you can use if the theme doesn't have facility for stopping them.

    Voodoo :D

Have a look through the codex, scroll down and see if you can figure it out. The answer must be in this page somewhere, maybe has something to do with page_id perhaps ?

Nevermind I looked wrong, this is his site: http://www.guaranteedpaydayloan.org/

He uses the WP pages as linkpages and for the post I guess he uses something like domain.com/%page%/%postname%/
