Not sure where I should post this but this is kinda an affiliate program.......

I have a computer repair business and I was offered by a local competitor to set up a commission program where I can send him the clients that I get.

I just want to get out of the computer repair business and not do it anymore. I thought about selling the business as a whole but its not big enough and is just a pain to sell it. So he offered that I keep it and run it but he does all the repairs. Reason being is that my white hat, yes white hat, skills rock and I out rank him for the keywords he wants. And he's paying $3.50/click to get above me lol

How can I set something up so I dont get screwed?

    Thanks guys.

May want to consider selling your business to him if he is interested. Then you could just 301 to his site to avoid too much confusion by your customers

You could find out what the average value of your customers is (ie. average ticket). Then you could sell him all of your leads somewhere in the ballpark of a % of the average ticket.

That way he is paying for leads instead of customers and whether or not they turn into paying customers is on him.
