Hello everyone. I want to sell videos (erotic/light fetish) on my own website but I ran into few problems.
I have a WooCommerce plugin on my website and I would love to get payments via PayPal, but I'm sure that they will ban me because it is against their policy.
I am the owner of all material but I want to sell it on my own small website because sites as clips4sale take big fees and don't have many options.

    What should I do?

Yes, I am the producer of all the material that I am going to sale, so there's no piracy/stolen content involved.

The legit way to do it is to get an account with something like CCbill, there are a few others too who accept payments for adult goods. It can be hard to get an account with them but I managed to.
Also be ready to deal with chargebacks, I had this issue myself, adult is high risk so you should expect chargebacks this is why they take a high percentage. The payment processors are taking a risk on you too, so most of the time the lowest rate is around 15% unless you get loads of sales then you can get it to around 7%.
Unless of course you use bitcoin then you don't have to worry about chargebacks, and can use a plugin on woo commerce and they take a very low percentage.

OP are you trying to start a porn company? I've thought about something like that a while ago. You need clearance to direct and sell porn in America. As far as payment processing I'm sure there's a way to do it, think sites like brazzers, bangbros, etc. they make tons off monthly porn subscriptions. If you're thinking about starting a porn company JV hit me up. I'd seriously consider filming/directing porn or running a porn company given the opportunity

IF it's just light fetish you can try selffy.com and embed the buy buttons on your site - thats what I do. Then of course there's always xxx rated versions of that where you can open up your own little store. Maybe try clips4sale? they take a fat chunk of it though - I'd probably recommend like vidster or something.

Thank you very much for your replies, guys! I'm going to try adding bitcoin plugin and will see how it goes.

I've tried to signup for CCbill, but my country is "blocked" somehow o_O

Thank you for advice, but seems like this service is for the US residents only. Do they charge any sign up fees by the way? I could not find much information on their website though.

Well, technically it is not porn, I'm shooting amateur erotic/fetish videos. But it could be considered as "porn" by payment services, Youtube, Google etc.

Thank you for advice! I've just checked out your website and looks like you're using a Sellfy-gateway which allows customers to pay with paypal and credit cards.
So, there's no nudity on your website/videos/pictures, right?
Yes, clips4sale takes about 40% +$45 for wire transfers which is a lot. And they can shut down your studio if they will not like something (for example length of your videos or quality). So that's why I want to have my own site where with my own design. Also right now I have a website where I sell non-adult digital goods (my own software) and get paid by Paypal which is very convenient. But I'm afraid that they will ban my account if I will try to sell something adult-related because it violates their rules and I've read many stories on the web about this.

Yeah, PayPal would ban you, and even tie up all funds in transit for a long period. HUGE hassle.

Hit up all the major porn sites, look at who processes their credit card payments. Just know that they take a big cut, because of the notoriously high charge back rate in that niche.

I think you should consider starting a porn company, make it subscription service, hire some girls, upload a few videos a week, etc. porn is a very profitable niche

If I were to go into fetish or porn, I would be niche specific. Like "unshaven milfs with midgets" sort of stuff, because just guy/girl pov while lucrative, is also dominated by many big names, so it is better to go niche specific, and get a great following. I could list you hundreds of unsaturated fetish/porn niches with plenty of room for growth, and easily monetized, I'm just too lazy to comply with the US recordkeeping regulations anymore.

yes my websites are all male foot fetish related - 100% non-nude and theres a serious market for it. I have two sites, one relies on like BDSM "master" demanding cash type thing with both free and paid content. the paid is simply a PayPal add on that they donate 15$ one time and then they get emailed a password for the password protected stuff. The other site I'm trying to do all affiliate stuff.
people will tell you that porn has no market anymore but FETISH does because regular guy/girl stuff is way too saturated - you can find any of it online for free. but male feet? thats rarer and people will pay
