How can I run my ads on Google when my business in in Google's restricted business types

Hey there

I have my firm registered in USA since 2016, till 2019 I was earning good and the business was also running smoothly but then our ads account got suspended as Google don't declared my business type as a restricted business in its policies. But I was doing a legitimate business all this time and there is nothing wrong in doing something that you know well.

Also I have never been into marketing or running google ads ever before but now I m doing it but I am not able to do it, as accounts are getting suspended like hell. But when I search on google for my business keywords, there are lot of websites that are running well there. They never get any suspension from Google..why?
If they have this policy, then it should be applicable to all..isn't it!
Or do they have some kind of relationship with Google .I don't understand that .. because Google don't want to run my ads for same keywords.

How they are able to run their ads? And what should I do to run mine?

That's really a wonderful peace of information. I know cloaking very well.. I can do that but the thing is what I don't understand is with google ads ...how can I put my targeted keywords there.. because as soon as I put brand keywords or customer types that I want to target ...google suspends my account ..I can hide my offer page with cloaking...but how do I set up my keywords?

That's something I m not getting properly Google's f****ng me and my business so badly

Ok thanks for this ...just one more thing, should I edit the white keywords to black (after 24 hours) or create new keywords and ads in a new adgroup?
