you can directly buy from bitcoin traders but you should make sure they are trusted. also make sure you read all the terms and conditions of paypal just to be sure you are not violating any of their rules to avoid getting banned

I have done it a handful of times back in the day before coinbase and other reputable platforms. Unfortunately, 3 of them resulted in chargebacks. I would be very careful.

you can easily find traders here on the market place who are ready to sell or buy bitcoins. but you should be very careful not to be a victim of scam. try and use safe methods before transacting and also make sure their reputation is good. remember ignorance has no defence
