It randomly just asked me to phone verify my account. How should I go about doing this? It is my second google account so I already used my cell for my first one.

If it's a UK number and the checks are going somewhere in the USA, that's a red flag with Google.

Better to just buy a skype number for $13 and use that.

I have verified a 4-5 gmails with the same cell now from a different country than listed on the gmail account. I think you should be ok!
