One method would be to promote your site globally using English articles, but subtle change some of the keywords in those submitted articles (articles used in promotion) with your language keyword, including one anchor text keyword pointing to your site.

Submit your site to local web directories and mention in webmaster tools what country you targeting your site in? Rest keep your SEO strategy same as you doing for English sites.

    Thanks

don't worry about the language. Google doesn't think that English comment is more valuable than Indian one :)

    Hey Dwidid,
I had a similar problem. I've started a german MNS at june 7 and started sem at june 18. Now I am ranking for 45+ keywords but the 3 most important ones are now at:
    keyword 1 : #11 broad match , 13# phrase match
keyword 2: no broad match/still dancing , 14# phrase match
keyword 3: no broad match/still dancing, 14# phrase match

I guess, these serps are pretty good considering thy are 8000+ keywords and keyword 3 is a 50k exact match keyword..

I am pretty sure that these will improve, because actually my main page is ranking for them an not the keyword optimized pages, yet.

    What I've done?
read this forum and used the same techniques like all the other atm..

manual web 2.0 creation / 10 different ones.. on high pr domains such as wordpress, tumblr..
1 high pr comment on a popular on a german page. Style= "Username | #keyword"
30 relevant comments on relevant blogs. PR and do-nofollow didn't matter. Some have my keyword as anchor, some my url, some just an url.. I kept it randomly.

400+ social bookmarking on all of my pages with spun 150+ words descriptions and spun title. Dripfeeded over one week each.
Additional bookmarks and social signal for the 3 main pages that are optimized for my mainkeywords.

Social signals = Twitter retweets, shares, likes, followers (i don't know if google is considering that but I guess that looks more natural).
I haven't done google +1 because it's much too dangerous in my opinion. Now I want to add some pinterest pins since a lot of people had great success just by using them.

Answers with my raw url on german Q&A pages.

4 RSS-Directories, 10 Webpagedirectories. I don't think that they have done anything for my serps. They are just there for some diversification

And I generated 2 pages of content to my webpage every week. High quality, with good formating and useful information for the reader.
Submitted xml-sitemap to google webmaster tools.

I hope that you'll find some answers in this post. If you just keep posting on relevant pages during a month you'll see significant serp improvements as long as you are not trying to rank for a keyword like insurance..

    greetings,
    whery

ps.: Try high quality press releases as well!

Use a good mixture of sources for your backlinks don't just hammer one thing with the same anchor text.

    Think about..

web 2.0 with high quality content
high pr blog comments (relevant comments)
    social shares/tweets
    Images
    Videos
    Docshare sites
    Audio/podcast
    Forum posting

    okay,

I have been doing article submission work since 2009 and we got non English keywords too.So we wrote English articles according to the keyword and put that keywords on the article with same language.

So it will grab USA and other searchers and they don't care about keyword language.Try this and let me know whether it's working or not.(we do this method for our Web2.0 packages also)

    Good luck :)
