    Home Page:
Do a redirect from the old site to the new one. dont forget a splash page to say why the redirect, you know, the you will go to our new site in 5 seconds or click here to go now. Also make sure to redirect every page as well!

    The real question is why?

the reason is the merge of 2 ofline business and business name change , so the old url is not good anymore ;)
