I have 158 websites (mostly auto-blog type sites) set up and I just went through all the statistics and calculated that I get about 3093 uniques average per day across all the sites.

Just for my calculations, that's about 20 uniques per day per site.

It's about 92,790 uniques per month across all sites.

Right now the sites are not really set up to make money. Basically, the sites tend to have one post which has an affiliate link or link to a CPA offer and that's how I tried to make money in the past.

Does anyone have any ideas for how I can monetize this traffic? The traffic is mostly health related although I have some sites that are credit offer oriented or set up for the "make money" niche.

    My ideas right now are:

    - Set up Google Adsense on all sites
    - Set up a pop-up e-mail opt-in... start collecting e-mail addresses and send out e-mails that promote health offers, etc. later to make affiliate money
    - Other kinds of ad programs?

Anyway, does anyone have any ideas for how I can monetize this traffic? I am not sure what opportunities there are available or which direction I should move in. Thanks for any help!

Personally I would set up a page on your hosting called "ads.html" or whatever you want to call it. Then frame it within the page and have a pop up or something come up such as Ad*Bright and then with one simple change you would be able to control all the ads on 158 sites.

I could do this for you if your interested or tell you more about it... just let me know :)

ad$ense is the easiest way to start out. i would do that first and then start building niche related email lists. you could also put an affiliate review up on each site and use wp-sticky to keep it at the top of the blogs.

Check out loudmo. They are a great Pay per install program with high payments.

i would capture their emails. since most of them are health related, you could use a series of email responses for the leads and put the leads through the series. and of course, put up adsense as well. i don't see why you can't do both.

Adsense.. ok fair enough if you are either lazy or too dumb to think of a real niche. If I had 158 autoblogs with that amount of traffic/ juice then I'd be using them to link farm some niches and while that won't give enough juice to rank very seriously it would at least give you a living income from one solid niche and a halfway ranking on medium competitive term e.g. page 2 or whatever.

Though it's better if the autoblogs are of a related niche.

i really like this idea. simple and allows me control over all my blogs from one page.

i think i would probably do a pop-up using some javascript that would handle the pop-up and load the "ads.html" which i would put on to every blog.

yeah, at the moment, i'm using the "sticky" function to keep my review page at the top of each blog.

i guess i could just stick a block of ad$ense on every post page of the template or something. then on top of that, i could have a pop-up to get an opt-in for the e-mail list.

Loudmo... $1.25 per install i see. how would i use them exactly for this? most of my sites are in the health niche so i'm not sure how i could convince people to download and install the program.

loudmo looks pretty professional though. do you have an ideas for how to implement it well on a site?

yeah, i think using both adsense and a pop-up opt-in would bring the best results.

any ideas for capturing e-mails? i have an aweber account but if i put a ton more people on there, it's going to increase the amount i have to pay each month. are there any cheaper (free?) options?

so do you suggest i create a general health related site? (maybe buy an old recently expired health related domain off of godaddy so i can quickly promote it). i'm not sure if linking 100 autoblogs to a health related site would automatically make it rise to the top in rankings for google. what do you think? do you have any ideas for keywords i should target or use if i were to link from all the blogs to the site? (i mean, should i just use one keyword on all 100 auto-blogs to link back or should i vary it?)

i'm not sure if linking from just 100 auto-blogs by itself to a health related general site would get me the rankings i needed in order to get me a "living income". i'm just curious... do you have any basis for this? i just can't see a site on page 2 as getting enough traffic to earn any income at all. but i could be wrong. does anyone have any thoughts?

a guy on another forum mentioned that i should put some clickbank products on the sites, too, if i could find any related to my niche (health niche so i'm sure i could find some). maybe in my e-mail responder set up, i could also promote clickbank products.

thanks to everyone for the replies so far! it is really helping me out so please post if you have any suggestions at all. i appreciate it.
