First thing I would do is change up the colors and then give it some graphic to juice it up a little. Site is a little blah right now..

Change those two things and I could see this site going some place. Then you could start charging for banner ads, membership and so on.

Charge $10 or so. Offer an exclusive members area, you can even up the price per month later if your see good traffic.

incorporate a shit load of web 2.0 features, such as sharing, bookmarking, send to a friend, maybe facebook connect. not sure what type of site it is, but the web 2.0 stuff if pretty much a must these days.

Ne he was referring to something else. Adsense is just googles PPC affliate type of thing. Its free to sign up, i mean it wouldnt hurt to put them on your forums main page. Especially with 1200 members.

Adsense is not very fond of adult oriented sites.

One thing I'd like to add though, is pay someone $30 to design a logo. Also ad some subtext to the logo to let me know what it is you're trying to achieve. On arriving to the site, I don't understand what the it's about, and if you're getting any organic traffic, you bounce rate will be high.

Charging for certain sections can work. Also, you can sell adult products there as an affiliate (fleshlight etc.)
