I discovered a method to send unlimited traffic to a youtube video, facebook profile, twitter account, etc.. What's the best way to monetize that?
 
Advertise on BHW
slap adsense on a YT video and you are set if you truly can drive unlimited traffic and if that traffic is real
 
If all else fails you can just direct them to a simple CPA email/zip submit and you should profit from that
 
What is the source of traffic? There's a whole bunch of things you can do with it but it all depends on the source and country etc.
 
It's depends on the traffics you getting. Unless if you'd bots 100% Pointless. First experiment yourself by sending to different niches and calculate which niche has got enormous traffics and conversion (Any Sales) then rinse and repeat bro :D

If it's good traffic (USA, Canada, etc) then you could easily feed it to one of your adsense sites. Easiest way to make some money, although there is the risk of getting banned.
