If you have only skills then sell your skills. If you have skills + ideas, then develop your own projects.

Already tried to work as freelancer, but i didn't succeed to get awarded for any project :/

In addition to Tayax suggestion you can also try guru.com and peopleperhour.
Setup a neat profile, you can bid for some minor tasks to build up reviews till you gave a decent looking profile.
