Let's say I have a page where people enter their name, e-mail, and phone number and I get them to agree to a terms and agreement that states they will get charged XX amount per month.

What is the best way for me to use this to make money? What's the best CPA or any program I can use to make money with?

Sign up to a CPA network, get approved, and then use ringtone CPA offers. Ringtones offers are exactly what your first paragraph describes.

I was sorta aware that ringtones would be the best way to go. Could you recommend a the best CPA network?

There are several. If you're feeling generous, any of the networks in my signature (save the last one) are good. There's also Azoogle and MaxBounty, but I don't recommend you use them (or any other network that uses proprietary backend software) for blackhat purposes.

Which is the best out of those in your sign? ;)

Also, once I collect a number, I get money off of that alone, correct? I wouldn't need to have them confirm it or anything, right?

I'd start with Copeac. Great company.

And no, most ringtone offers require the user to confirm a pin # sent to their cell. It sort of seals the deal.

Then I couldn't essentially trick people. If I were to open up let's say a contest that required that info, how could I go about getting them to confirm the pin? Using Copeac, could I have my own personalized message sent to a customer to say, "Confirm this pin in order to be eligible to win?"

I don't see why not. Get as creative as you want with it, that's blackhat ;)

You do know that if you did that and entered their phone numbers it would charge them on average $10 don't you? Unless you want to get your account banned mighty fast you'd better mention that somewhere if you did it.

I mean, does Copeac give me the option to do this.

    That's the plan.

I think as long as your terms are airtight and the account is incentivized you should be able to get away with that.
