You can be a data encoder, transcript writer, virtual assistant, programmer, graphic designer, and many more. I'm not sure how you can receive payments though.

true. well. shit happens, moving away from a sinking ship is nothing bad in my opinion, I've never been a patriot or nationalist, so I have my backup plan ready as I live in a country that shares a border with the aggressor. while it's not likely that this could happen like that but it makes sense to me to move your family to a safe place even if it requires moving more than one time.
To avoid going too deep into offtopic, you could try to find local businesses that can convert crypto to rubles, then you could receive payments from abroad and earn in rubles. I have friends from RU, this is how I paid for a few services from them, we used USDT, and they were able to receive it and then cash out in rubles. I will ask them what payment processor or company they used to achieve this and will let you know as soon as I will have this information.
Then when you have a cashout method, then you can do whatever pays you in crypto, for example - already suggested affiliate marketing but you would need to mask your location as many networks can restrict access to them because of your location.

P.S: Move is actually not an option it is necessity. You will not be able to get paid online in Russia soon, SWIFT down, PP down, Payoneer down. Crypto is the only option as for now, but i doubt it will take long till government close it for regular citizen. Just my 2 cents
