I have just hired this writer, but she doesn't know much about IM, and I find it hard to relate to her. She needs to undergo some projects for training and get some experience. Besides doing the regular blog posting updates for me, how can I make full use of her writing skills ? Offer a writing service etc? She's being paid about 10 bucks per hour, and she takes about 30mins to write an article. So would offering a writing service be worthwhile? Or can I make use of her more then that?
