@Zproxy, the key is building solid backlinks from reputable sites with real traffic.
Anyway, before jumping into that, focus on creating content that’s actually useful or interesting, something people want to link to naturally.
Once you’ve nailed that, you can start reaching out to relevant sites, or even try some guest posting.
And don’t sleep on internal linking, it spreads the link juice throughout your site.
Oh, and make sure your site speed and mobile optimization are solid because technical SEO is a big deal too.
It takes time, but if you stay consistent, you’ll see results!

Do these parameters really matter now ? Suppose you are able to increase them to good amount, is there a guarantee that you will not be punished in next Google update ?
You want to increase just the scores or rank ? There is a difference... if you want to rank ... either build some guest posts for cheap ...seoclerks and fiverr..there are some guys posting for $1 on sites like newsbreak, and few others... post on open pr..build some small pyramid web2 ..go slow. Do some profiles no some big sites like ...you can add your site in bio

Increasing the DR and UR doesn't matter much. Instead, you can focus on creating and publishing high quality articles with proper optimization and internal linking. There are other factors like loading speed, mobile friendliness, social media presence, etc. and then start building the links from relevant sites.

Though it mostly depends on backlinks from high authority high traffic websites but don't ignore websites ux, traffic, on page etc.
