If you really have no idea look at one of the packages which incluse directory submissions and say social bookmarking. This will get you started and is inexpensive. Then start to read the forum, pick an idea and work it through. This will give you a start as you work on the techniques as there is a lot of reading. After searching the topics you need related to serps then read all the stickys as well. HTH

If you`re gonna pay for social bookmarking, why not just buy a tool like bookmarking demon ? just a thought.. havent tried this program myself, planning to soon hopefully. Anyone here use bookmarking demon?

Video marketing helps too, make 1 or 2 videos about your site upload to various vid sites youtube, dailymotion etc with your keywords in anchor text etc
