How can I increase DA of a website naturally? Does it actually a ranking factor?

Good DA and DR are the byproducts of good SEO efforts.

These metrics only indicate the value and strength of a domain. Does not have any impact on your search rankings.

DA is not a ranking factor, but posting good content consistently and building good backlinks will improve your ranking as well as your DA.

Thanks for advise me there so many people cause fiverr is a free as a seller so that's the fact or if you buy this service by Upwork it's really paid for seller so there are so many professional service provider I'm also service provider by Upwork thanks for your kinds words
 
Your colleagues might be right. A good topical niche of age naturally comes with reputation.

My belief is fast food joints, insurers, and local services don’t really do seo for the sake of DA/DR yada ..

On the other hand. profile back links also Increase website DA But it's maintain regularity.

I didn't say that low quality backlinks won't increase your DA, too.
But given the nature of the question, I assume OP is relatively new to SEO. For that reason I don't feel comfortable recommending this type of practices. At least not as a one-liner type of comment.

I don't think you can increase DA of a website naturally. All your moves to incresae DA are blackhat techniques.
