There is a post i made a few years ago on a forum which I already edited out, but it is still in googles cache.

I remember reading a method where you go back and edit your post and put some pornographic picture or something and report the site to google, so they can take down the search result.

I cannot find this post anywhere, someone please let me know how I can do this?

    thank you

what would be the best way to do it so it dont look suspicious to google?

some hardcore porn pictures, or some hitler hate speech?

If it's your forum just add onindex noarchive to that page or exlude it w/ robots.txt and ping the url

if you can edit it just remove your name

if it is in google "cache" then nothing you can do, as you said you already deleted this post no?

you probably mean the google index, in which case if you can edit the post, then don't bother with adding porn, just remove your name, and then ping the spiders

    am I missing something...?

    this is not my forum.

I already edited the post and removed my name. However when I google my name, the page shows up because of the google cache still there.

You changed the content, but did you ping it so that google sees it as being updated?
