How can I get my YouTube videos on the first page of Google?

as far as i know, you can make some big views and huge positive comment.
I want to get it on the first of Google, not Youtube... any tips?

Need to have good SEO within the video title, description, and tags. More views help. Right now I'm testing out what backlinks to the video page will do.
Google means SEO, hmm.. i agree with above. but you know, become the first at google equals become first at yutub too i think. CMIW.
Not necessarily. The videos in my niche that are on the first page of Google aren't #1 on YouTube

No need to be sour towards those whose responses you don't agree with. We read your post. Again as many others have stated, getting atop of youtube or close to it would be your first step. If you don't believe me and others, that's fine, I have videos front page of Google you don't.
Sorry, it wasn't my intention to be "sour". I just stated that the videos in my niche that are currently on the first page of Google aren't #1 on YouTube. I could get my video on #1 position on YouTube without a problem but I know that won't guarantee me a first page position in Google. As others have said, probably backlinks have more weight than YouTUbe position.
