How can I get my video back to the first Page?

hello to respected and honorable bhw members

I got some bot views for my video and it jumped to number 1 for my keywords
But after staying a day or so it vanished from the results. It is not deleted it is still there in the results when I use more specified search terms but its nowhere for the keywords I want .

Can anybody tell how can my video stay at the first page consistently?. Do i need more bot views and ratings ?

Hey Comeon! do you think this forum didn't help you at all? may be sometimes a specific things could be unknown (may be secret ) or yet to be come out of the bag...

I believe only this forum helps me a lot for FREE, comparing with other forums..

Funny thing about BHW is that, yes, people don't help much, but only because they want you to find it for yourself. I learn ten times more just by looking around.

People, except for a few "tricks" or techniques some of us may be using, the most important stuff you need to start marketing in YT is already here. True, specific techniques do give you an edge in different ways, but you can start with what you find here and evolve from then on based on your own experience.

Here's 90% of what I know/do ( WH stuff ):

- Dragunov: Videos usually go up first, particularly if you give them a view boost, then they fall a bit and finally, with time/views/favorites/ratings/comments/inclussion in playlists/embeds/outside links/links from your other vids, etc start to climb again.

It's my understanding you'll appear under certain keywords based on:
- Inclusion of KW in title
- KW in Description
- KWs in Tags
- KWs in comments (?)
- Anchor text from external links(?)

In a word:

Try to get links with KWs from inside and outside YT ( don't forget to try and make your vid a response to another popular, targeted, even ranked in Google video in your niche ). Interlink with your other sites/lenses/blogs etc for the niche.

Optimize your vid Keyword wise as you would with a site ( on site opt ). Don't "over optimize", though, as new YT policies seem to be after this, but I'm not sure about the extent of this. Watch out for xxx vids also.

Submit your RSS for your channel, and make your channel "niche specific" - including the name itself-, with a few videos each one targeting your main KWs for the niche.

Watermark your videos, put your link at the begining of your description ( and maybe at the end,too ).

Choose you niche wisely and combine it with the proper offer. Actually, this is 90% of it, and even when there are threads about this ( think ringtones and the like ), NONE is going to give you his best niches/techniques on this. Sorry, it's trial and error and using our brain.

Well, I may be forgotting a few things here but I suppose this is more than enough to get everyone started. I haven't included specific BH techniques because I don't use any. And to those who wonder: about 80% of my videos give me between $30-100$ a month after 1 or 2 months, using only WH. The other 20% I fuck up with. Yes, that happens too. Tough.

The Youtube Team implemented a new system that automatically demotes rankings on any video that obtains high rankings in a weird manner. Such as have 2000000 views and 4 comments.

They put this in like a week and a half ago.

Yeah you need to make sure you are giving your video comments and ratings and favorites. This is probably equally or more important than raw view count.

When you link to a page - or a video, in this case -, you can do it by using the raw URL, like http://www.blackhatworld.com ( this is the kind of link you're allowed to include in your YT descriptons ) or by including a phrase or a few selected words which point to the selected page or video, like this <a href="http://www.blackhatworld.com">this is a great forum</a>. The phrase "this is a great forum" is the anchor text. The good thing about the second example is that, by including your favorite KWs as anchor - particularly if the link is ******** and you're interested in Google -, the video you link to "aquires weight" in the eyes of SEs for that KW ( meaning, you'll have more chances to rank well for that KW, since SEs understand that there are other sites that believe your content is relevant for that term ).

kevinfoster:You're welcome and good luck. Also, don't forget your best resource when learning about YT: YT itself. Search the most competitive KWs and see what the top guys there are doing.

Thank you for your explanation. YT though doesn't allow any HTML in description. It just doesn't save anything but direct links.
