How can I get my money back?

I see you've been penalized quite heavily, which likely means there have been multiple violations. You can try appealing, but the chances might not be very high.

1. To view banned ads, log in to the manager and you will see a red box icon.
2. To talk to the support team, you need to use another account which is a premium member account
 
Idk the details but if fb took your money without providing a service in exchange, call your bank. Or y'know it sounds like maybe someone stole your cc?
 
Ban for repeat offense or multiple violations, or in general currently banned accounts, have an especially difficult time getting any amount back. You can try your luck communicating with their support team but sadly, wouldn't hope for much in this case. Also, you can find a way to contact their support team over on the Meta support page. You'll have to look for it since I believe it varies depending on your location.
 
Are you using a prepaid or postpaid account? If your prepaid account is suspended, it is almost impossible to get your money back. I think you should use a postpaid account, because currently FB is very sensitive to BH campaigns. :)

If you are using a prepaid account, you will not be able to get it back. If you hold the money, it will be returned to you after deducting your account balance.
 
Chat with FB support team to get transaction code and transfer back to bank to refund you
 
Your accounts will be ban when you have a lot of errors. Beside that, its too hard to get back money. Lets prepare more accounts for replacement
 
Are you using a prepaid account? Check your ads and account in the ads manager to see if there are any bans. If your account is banned, there is a high chance that the money in your account will be lost.
