Are you targeting local keywords for services like "texas plumber", "las vegas computer technician" or is it for a product or general niche like gopro accessories/get rid of pimple fast?
Answering these questions will get you more targeted suggestions.
Hey FBGURU thanks for the response.
The terms are mostly geographical based so for example " xxxxxxxx london" and for some more broad i.e " xxxxxxxx Ireland" and a few non geo based i.e " niche product name "
Well, then I guess its for a business. You need to do local SEO. Get as many citations and google reviews as possible. You can find several guides on WHSEO section for local SEO.
Refer the following links to get a good grasp on what signals google considers as best when it comes to local.
amazing thanks again and you are right in stating that it's for bussiness.
I was confused about the parameters of what was considered "local" . *face palm*
I have digested so much information but have cracks in my foundation of knowledge it would seem.
Many thanks for the detailed and resourced response I will read through those familar links again.
In SEO, Any business or service, providing their service to a small city/state/community are considered as local.
Dentists in Birmingham
Hvac repair Durham
Painters & Decorators in Lichfield
Manchester Electrical Contractors
See how there is a service and a city name in the keyword. That's what we call as local and in order to rank them high on Google, you need to get as many citations as possible with proper NAP(Name, Address & Phone Number) from local directories and review sites like Yellowpages,YELP,LinkedIn,etc..
that all makes sense and I will apply these actions to my local keyword clients.
But how about my clients who are using national keywords and product category keywords?
Other than outreach efforts can I boost these in any relativley "safe" ways untill i have a budget to build PBN'S for each?
Separate names with a comma.
