how can i get more than 100 results in keyword tool?
 
Advertise on BHW
Sort by exact match, then add in extra qualifier "only below this exact match", as soon as you're done examining the 100 results, switch the maximum exact match number to whatever it is on the bottom of the list, then you'll only see what's below that. Repeat as many times as you need to see them all.
 
If you're talking about the Adwords Keyword Tool you will need an Adwords account.
Once logged in it will return 800 keywords max.
