well mister thats a good question, unfortunately i think you can really get "crap traffic" if its free so easily
you could allways put your site to all autosurf sites you find and let it be in there
but most traffic methods bring you even some quality visitors

Well, it will take time but I would say just upload a youtube video and drive traffic to that out the ass and you will get your traffic

Find traffic sites in google and purchase them. Or go to DP and get a bunch for very cheap.
