How can I get accepted into Adsense with a previously banned account?

My question is: If I get a new address, different personal information (P.O box for the address) and a new email and apply again using the same domain could it work? Or will AdSense notice that I've previously applied using the domain even if I've now changed all my information? Surely AdSense knows domains can be purchased and could accept if all the information looks new?

I used my middle name on the banned account and my first name on the new one with different address and they still knew.. I'm thinking they also log and link up email addresses because I use the Gmail of my banned account alot .. it's been like 6 years and they still knew lol.

Does anyone know if I got my gf to apply under the same site and address it will work? After I just tried? I don't want to get her name banned too .. Considering they just rejected my ass 6 years after I got banned I'm guessing they log IP addresses ...

Also where can I buy Adsense accounts and are they safe? Thanks

1. New web hosting bought from never used before provider.
2. New domain name from new account on new to me domain seller.
3. Now using a fresh new bank account.
4. New non - gmail address as back up recovery for new gmail account.
5. New IP using new laptop with single computer use hot spot.
6. Moved to new home 25 miles.
7. Using middle name as preferred name.
