How can I get a Fresh IP?

you can try to reset your equip (modem and/or router) to see if it pulls a different one.

If you have a dynamic IP connection, just turn off your modem/router and then turn it on: you should have a different IP. If you have a static IP, but likely this is not the case, you should use a proxy to hide your real IP address if you don't want it to be seen by others.

I use timewarner and you have to change your mac address before resetting the modem/router.

Mac address? Im confused about this. I dont have a mac comp if thats what you mean but I dont know if you are. Please let me know. I have time warner as well.

at OP your MAC address stands for media access control basically it is what identifies your network to is a unique identifier assigned to network adapters or network interface cards (NICs)

you need to Spoof/clone your mac address and then restart your cable moden and presto you should have a brand spanking new IP address. Providing you don't have a static connection with your cable ISP provider call them up or live chat with support to find out.

Search this forum for spoofing mac address/ cloning mac address or consult wise google. You can use Hide my IP and hide my mac address by this site:
HTML:
http://hidemyip.com/hidemymacaddress.shtml
they offer free 30 day trails for both. take them for a test drive and see if it works for you.

good luck

Well its not to spoof the MAC of the system . You need to clone or spoof the MAC of the router.
Plug your laptop directly to router. Access the router GUI page and find for the setting or so to check MAC address and change the last 2 numbers reboot router and modem if you have and it will get a new IP from the network.

Find out if you have a dynamic or static IP. If you have a dynamic IP then just do a reboot of your modem and you'll get a new address. If not then get a free VPN or buy some SOCK5.

Whenever, I switch off my modem and the IP says like this...

for ex:
345.398.382.849
345.398.049.292
345.398.092.832
345.398.938.183
345.398.185.293

The first six digits are same and next last digits are changing, whenever the modem restarted, is it dynamic IP or what?

unplug your modem. IF that doesnt work, unplug for longer, if that doesnt work unplug all weekend. or use iprental it works for just surfing etc

That is the dynamic ip but not of th einternet. its internal ip.
External ip is different, do a "whats my ip" in google to see if its changed,
As mentioned above, change the mac of the router and reset it WILL change. you just got to do it in the right way.
