Hey guys I have Cable and I use wireless to connect to the internet. Is it possible to request a new IP?

I use timewarner and you have to change your mac address before resetting the modem/router.

Whenever, I switch off my modem and the IP says like this...
for ex:
345.398.382.849
345.398.049.292
345.398.092.832
345.398.938.183
345.398.185.293
The first six digits are same and next last digits are changing, whenever the modem restarted, is it dynamic IP or what?
