I know there is a site called google alerts for that but I have also heard that it doesn't work properly anymore and that G is thinking of shutting it down in the future. Is there another way to find the most recent forum posts for a keyword?

I know I can search discussions from google and then add the time but that's not quite instant.
What are your ways of finding out about new posts?

    with or without the quotes.

buzzbundle might also fit your needs, but I'm not sure how well it does against google alerts.

Yea, I know about the site: thing. I use it for searching all the time from forums :D The thing is I don't want to search a specific forum but the whole web. I want to search a specific kw from all the forums in the web that have made a topic about this kw in last hour or so.

I will try buzzbudle though, thanks :)
