I found a high PR site that has thousands of indexed pages in google. Is there a tool or site that can search through the domain and check for all of the high PR sites within the domain?

I would imagine Scrapebox would be able to do this, but I do not have it so I figured I'd ask first. Are there any sites or services that do this specifically?

Scrapebox is the best tool for it.

You could also put SEOQuake on your browser then search for site:domain.com in Google but it will take significantly longer.

I have been using SEOQuake to do this for awhile and yes, it does take a long time. I also tried to combine it with AutoPager so that I could load mutliple pages at a time but it still takes a fair amount of time.

run this in scrapebox as the keywords you want to harvest

    site:domain.com a
    site:domain.com b
    ...
    site:domain.com z

Then use the PR checker :)

I'm not too familiar with the SB interface, but that should pull every site within the domain because you've designated the keywords as every letter in the alphabet correct?

Without having any doubt - use scrapebox. I'm using this tool for the last 2 years. It's best for me.

It'll get quite a lot. Otherwise you can choose one URL on the site and start scraping internal links. Then you'll scrape the internal links on those new URLs and keep going for a few runs. Eventually you'll have quite a good amount of the URLs on the domain.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up.

Guess I'm finally going to pull the trigger on SB after all these years :)

The tool is really awesome though I really only comment with it to create tiers to my backlinks. I wouldn't hit my money site with it. But it's saved me A LOT of time.

Sb is best. Or you can scrape the URLs and run them through a bulk checker.

I coded over a year ago online PR checker but it does currently support only checking main domain PR. I've also automated proxy testing for this checker.

I could actually update it soon to support mass PR checking according to the OP requirements.

    http://myproxylists.com/google-pagerank-checker

This service has always been 100% free and will be. I'll need the OP feature myself, expect an update within a week. With the next update, my plan is to include also database support for PR's to speed up this check.

Scraping will only find pages indexed and will be hit or miss.

Use the sitemap module to get all the links for website. Export to text file. Import into harvester, check URL PR. Much faster and more accurate.

    Simple. Use scrapebox to do
    site:domainname.com
Then remove duplicate URLs, then check their PR, arrange by PR.
    You're done.
