Hi, i search for a Tool or Software, to Download a Website from web-archiv (https://web.archive.org/) with all sub-pages.

WOW, that's a long ago! Makes me feel sorry for recommending it now, but I honestly didn't check, I just remembered that it does what you need so I placed it here... Thanks for the heads-up!
 
HTTrack is your best bet.
Just paste the Web-Archive link and it’ll download the pages it can.
If that fails, try a “Wayback Machine Downloader” online — those work too.
