Basically, my question is how can I install windows 7 over a vista pc, but keep all current files without having to do a backup of them all? I need to switch to windows 7 so I can use xp compatability mode, run EZA, then use a virtual machine to run a second instance of EZA...

Actually, apart from what I said above, I just thought about getting a VPS. How much would one cost that is powerful enough to run 2 instances of EZA 24/7 without crashing?

I installed windows 7 on one of my lap tops recently that had vista before.. I just used the option of installing everything the recommended way which saves all programs and files.

You can choose the custom way and then not save those things...
