How can I create paypal vcc myself?

I would like to create Australian Paypal vcc myself. How can I do this?
I will use it for gooads.

Most banks now allow the use of VCC from your bank account.

What happens the vvc are connected to your main account and can be topped via the main account usually all online.

There no golden solution only what I told you.

As you said you don't want to pay so it my way only sorry.

You need to find a online bank that allows you to have multiple accounts within it self as there funded from your main account.

Does you country have top up master cards, you can do it that way as well will cost thu, all you do is top up each card from main account then use the cards same as vcc but fees will be higher.

I don't think there are any easy ways to create VCC of your own.

Why you need so many accounts, if your selling accounts or trying to, your have competition so your need to have a solution but it involves money.

Just getting the proxy to make accounts will cost a bomb.

You can not make accounts with a vps and set to country don't work......

There many ways you just need understand but it not easy but can be done with firefox portable and plugins for footprints and private virgin proxy for each account.

Need sms service to verify number as well .

And then vcc to verify accounts to get money in and out.

That the manual way .

Lol, no account more than 1 to each person legal mate, your braking tos rules lol.

I want to no is it a place with working accounts can only try.

But remember you need many private proxy from Your country for each account you can not use 1 ip for every account
You control or all accounts will get ban.

Remember PayPal a bank not a place to play games.

You need to buy proxy from your country and use each proxy in a browser with each account ok.

PayPal will use sniffer application to cross-match all information if anything is crossed matched will get flagged then there fraud team will delete accounts.

Like I say even using loads of accounts you need to understand footprints and browser settings properly.

There many plugins for browsers that let you change all setting so ppl like PayPal think you're a new person every time you use their accounts.

If PayPal sees any account or computer configuration match there delete accounts straight away.

If you use the accounts for anything doggy your be caught as there very advance

I dont have a Paypal account because we cant use in our country.
I just want to create one Paypal account, thats it

I used to create with wirex, spectrocoin funding with btc.
Now they need verification for each card.

I think most people are using banks to create vccs.

I bought a method that used qiwi site to create vcc. Useless, needed phone verification, need to purchase euro sms verification service.

Didn't like complicated here and there steps.

You can't get vccs methods publicly or at least easily. Try searching google and going through forums, or trying buying method from other people.
