there are a million and one ways to do it

are the emails one on a line?
open the in something like editplus or even excel to see how many lines

are the emails not one per line?
open the file in chrome (just drag it into the browser), press Ctrl + F and put in an @ symbol. it will show you how many occurrences there are

If neither of these solutions work, PM me and I will help you further

if its Seperated by comma, then you can also do another thing.
open in default notepad press ctrl+h type , at find and in replace field type ^p
& press replace all the emails will be seperated by a line, after that you can copy them in excel to count them

I think this guy has the right idea ^^.

Also if you had Scrapebox you could just load the emails in the keywords section and it'll give you the total count. :D
