How can I collect twitter URL's of accounts that retweeted my tweet?

I was thinking that if someone tweets out my tweet they make links for me on their account. Now is a program available for me to download all of those URL's? The reason I want to do that is to build backlinks to those so it doesn't get lost in twitter and google sees all my URL's on twitter pointing to my site. Thanks for any help.

They don't make links for you. Twitter auto shortens your links, hence it's t.co that gets a link.

Nevertheless, it does add to social proof for your content.

Do you know the website since I tried to search but nothing comes up. Also I do know they change link to t.co but it has to do something in google for ranking "my" URL. Or am I wrong? And do you think building backlinks to those twitter links is something that would help ranking?
