how can i check if my accounts are penalised

i just discovered some old accounts which still have followers 20k-50k which i was growing with FL a long time ago.

How can i check if the accounts are good or penalized?

do some post and review the reach, if the engagement very low then it could have been penalized, especially take notes on non-follower reach

where i can find that ?

on my last pic i had 2000 impressions and 1850 reach ... on a 40k account
and i have 10 from hashtags

Bro i got very similar results with my main page 89k!
i get like 10-50 hashtag reach (using good tags)
1-3k reach from followers
<%1 non follower

anny updates?

not really but it seems the account is good ... whey you have numbers like this as well.

when i check my hashtags is can never find my post somewhere. and i go not for big ones. that is what makes me wondering.
