At first dont use chrome. Better use chrome based more privacy focused browser like: Chromium or a Firefox based browser like WaterFox. But to change your fingerprints we recommend AdsPower anti detect browser in combination with a mobile proxy.

Just inspect the network traffic Chrome starts when you visit a "new" URL. Chrome is known to send internal data to Google, so forget to game any Google related service with Chrome.

Chrome also has a sort of UUID implemented. Google pretends to have it removed, but who knows...
 
There are good tools for that purpose. Looking for direct inventions in the browser is not going to work, you have to look for tools that actually create data that protects the session.
