I live in a house where there is a static IP but i have to change it in order to creat more than 20 accounts on YouTube a day.
The problem is that there is a home-network connection and i cant just reset with ccleaner.
I bought a lousy service with Sprint , a mobile card, but the upload is so slow, omg.
    Does anyone has a solution?
    tnx. :)

if the upload is slow there is nothing you can do but to get a faster connection regarding the ip you can use proxies as stated above and make sure to clear all cookies, internet history etc before you make a new account

You can buy some private proxies e.g. from proxybonanza and rotate the proxies using firefox addons like switchproxy.
